Youth, Family, and Community in Racine County brings together two divisions dedicated to strengthening families and supporting youth development. The Youth and Family Division provides services related to child welfare and youth justice, helping children and families navigate challenges with stability and care. The Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services oversees the Jonathan Delagrave Youth Development and Care Center (JDYDCC), a safe and structured environment where youth engage in education, skill-building, and personal growth.
