Home MenuWindows to Work
The Windows to Work program helps individuals with felony convictions successfully transition back into the community by promoting self-sufficiency, skill development, and long-term stability. The program provides participants with the tools needed to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment.
Participants begin working with Windows to Work while still incarcerated at Racine Correctional Institution or Sturtevant Transitional Facility, receiving:
- Life skills training to support a smooth reintegration into society.
- Employment search assistance to prepare for meaningful job opportunities.
Support continues for up to one year after release, providing individuals with ongoing guidance and resources to achieve stability and independence.
