Jail to Jobs


The Jail to Jobs Program helps individuals transitioning from incarceration gain employment, build job skills, and establish financial stability. Through career development, training, and support services, the program reduces barriers to employment and promotes long-term success.

Program Services

Participants receive:

  • Job readiness training to develop workplace skills.
  • Resume building and interview coaching to improve employability.
  • Employment placement assistance to connect individuals with job opportunities.
  • Ongoing mentorship and case management to support stability and career growth.
  • Access to education and vocational training to enhance job qualifications.

By providing structured support and employment resources, the program helps individuals successfully reenter the workforce and reduce the likelihood of recidivism.

Who is Eligible?

The program is available to justice-involved individuals preparing for workforce reentry. Participation may be voluntary or part of a reintegration plan.
