The Racine County Veterans Service Office is dedicated to serving veterans, service members, spouses, and dependents across Racine County. Our goal is to ensure that those who have served receive the benefits, services, and support they have earned. We provide hands-on assistance, guidance, and advocacy to help individuals navigate local, state, and federal programs.
Our team includes federally accredited Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) who are trained in the laws, benefits, and services available to veterans. VSOs bring a unique combination of technical knowledge, compassion, and problem-solving skills to every interaction. They assist with completing forms, gathering necessary documents, and guiding individuals through each step of the claims or application process.

- VA healthcare enrollment
- Education and home loan benefits
- Burial and survivor assistance
- Military service records and discharge document retrieval
- Short-term emergency financial assistance
- Housing and benefit coordination for veterans experiencing homelessness
