Crisis Services


Racine County Crisis Services provides a comprehensive range of services and intervention for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. These services are designed to ensure immediate safety, promote emotional and behavioral stabilization, and connect people with the right level of care and ongoing support.

Crisis services are available for both adults and youth who may be experiencing:

  • Emotional distress

  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide

  • Psychiatric or behavioral health emergencies

Trained Crisis professionals are available 24/7 to offer:

  • Phone support and crisis de-escalation

  • In-person crisis assessment and intervention

  • Referrals to appropriate community or inpatient services
