UPDATE: Phone service has been restored at County buildings. 

 RACINE –  We are aware that Racine County phones, excluding 911 and emergency dispatch, are currently down. The County is working with the provider to restore service and identify the cause of the outage although it is believed, at this time, to be the result of routine maintenance by the provider.

We understand this is an inconvenience, but we would like to reiterate emergency and 911 phone lines are still active. We are working to return service as soon as possible. In the meantime, please direct non-emergency questions to the appropriate County department via email using the County website RacineCounty.com.
